Als Quality & Safety Lead verleen je advies en bijstand aan de organisatie met als doel een hoog beschermingsniveau voor mens en milieu na te streven. Je waakt over de naleving van het beleid met respect voor de wettelijke voorschriften. Daarnaast tracht je continu het SHEQ-beleid en -prestaties te verbeteren.
Jouw takenpakket:

- Het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem up to date te houden: Periodiek documenten reviseren, wijzigingen binnen processen bespreken en vertalen naar gewijzigde documenten, GAP-analyses uitvoeren op nieuwe / gewijzigde processen en actiepunten opvolgen
- Audits voorbereiden en mee ondersteunen
- Trainingen organiseren o.g.v. kwaliteit
- Adviseren en ondersteunen, sensibiliseren, trainingen geven en het opvolgen van de veiligheidsprestaties
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt o.g.v. veiligheid en gezondheid en werkt nauw mee met je collega's van de afdeling welzijn op andere terminals

- Preventieadviseur niveau 2
- Bachelor werk
- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent punctueel en gaat planmatig te werk
- Je bent overtuigend en communicatief sterk
- Je kan zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt ervaring met audits/ISO-systemen
- Ervaring binnen een SEVESO bedrijf is een pluspunt
