Ypto is op zoek naar een ervaren SAP CRM Specialist om ons team intern te komen versterken

Door onze aanhoudende inzet op customer experience is SAP CRM is een belangrijk onderdeel van het systeem landschap bij Ypto. Naast customer service en aftersales processen worden ook verschillende Marketing processen en Masterdata beheerd vanuit ons SAP CRM systeem.

CRM is met vele andere SAP en Legacy systemen gekoppeld om gegevens uit te wisselen.

De nieuwe SAP CRM Specialist zal deel uitmaken van ons team van ervaren SAP CRM specialisten die zich toeleggen op het supporteren en implementeren van systeem
- en procesverbeteringen in SAP CRM en aanverwante systemen.

Het takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

- design-analyses inhoudelijk voorbereiden, plannen en praktisch organiseren om er voor te zorgen dat deze efficiënt kunnen verlopen.
- analyses en aanbevelingen opmaken om oplossingen op maat van de business te kunnen voorstellen, in lijn met de (ICT) strategie
- het vertalen van de analyses naar functionele specificaties voor het development team, en uitvoeren van configuratiewerkzaamheden
- actief betrokken zijn in het testen van de oplossing en de transitie naar het productie systeem
- incident handling en change management, inclusief het unit-, integratie
- en regressietesten van de oplossingen
- Universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min. 5 jaar ervaring met SAP CRM, incl.
- een duidelijk track record in SAP CRM implementaties (min. 2 full cycle projecten)
- gevorderde customizing ervaring met CRM web UI (CRM 7.0)
- sterke ervaring met de SAP CRM Sales module en/of de Service module
- Middleware/integratie ervaring
- Uitstekende kennis van core CRM
- Kennis van business processen in een B2B en B2C omgeving
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans (met op zijn minst een goed begrip van de andere taal)
- Uitstekende kennis van het Engels
