Dstny is op zoek naar een **extreem klantgerichte Escalation Manager**. Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor het **escalatiebeheer** voor onze **klanten en partners.**De Escalation Manager bij Dstny kent Dstny van binnen en van buiten en zorgt dat de juiste personen betrokken worden bij de escalaties van onze klanten. Met zijn/haar enthousiaste en stressbestendige karakter weet de Escalation Manager de klanttevredenheid bij Dstny naar een hoger niveau te tillen.**Wat ga je doen?**
Je houdt onze klanten tevreden door **feedback over escalaties te verzamelen** en **om te zetten in een actieplan**, de juiste mensen voor elke actie bijeen te brengen en het proces op te volgen tot alle actiepunten zijn afgesloten.
Je begrijpt de urgentie van de cloud telecomproblemen van onze klanten en partners, en kunt ze eenvoudig omzetten in acties. Je bent klantgericht en zoekt eerst, samen met andere teamleden, naar een gepaste oplossing; na afloop **analyseer je de situatie in meer detail.** Zo krijgen we een helder overzicht van de meest geëscaleerde cases en hun hoofdoorzaak.
Je **rapporteert** wekelijks over de actuele escalaties en hun status, prioriteit en impact.
Je zorgt voor dagelijkse updates en onderhoud van de escalatierecords in elke fase en handelt daarnaar.
Je koppelt de geëscaleerde case aan **de juiste gegevens in ons CRM-systeem** en wijst de juiste klantenservicemedewerker aan om het probleem op te lossen.
Je presenteert verbeteringen voor het escalatieproces.
Je bent het persoonlijke escalatiepunt voor je klanten en neemt **proactief contact** met ze op in het geval van **incidenten** of mogelijke **verbeteringen in de structuur** van het bedrijf.
Je maakt deel uit van het 'Support Team' en je werkt nauw samen met de teamleiders van onze operationele afdeling.

Uitstekend **commercieel inzicht** en **inzicht in onze klanten.** Met de hulp van andere supportmedewerkers weet je hoe de klant de services van Dstny inzet, wat onze klanten echt nodig hebben en op welke punten problemen ontstaan.
Je hebt **technisch begrip van telecomservices en cloud communcatieservices,** en kunt dit omzetten in zakelijke concepten en inzicht in de problemen van de klant, een praktische technische kennis lijkt ons vanzelfsprekend.
Je beschikt over uitstekende **schriftelijke** **en** **mondelinge** communicatieve vaardigheden in het **Frans, Nederlands en Engels.**
Je hebt ervaring met incidentbeheer
- en afhandeling. Je beschikt over de juiste dosis bemiddelingsvaardigheden.
Je hebt **geduld** en kunt uitstekend **luisteren**. Je kunt je **inleven** in onze klanten, partners en interne collega's, maar bent **niet bang om "nee" te zeggen** wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent assertief en proactief.
Je neemt **verantwoordelijkheid**.
Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt de acties die je coördineert, op. Je kunt een probleem analyseren en de puzzelstukken op de juiste plaats leggen.
Je bent **stressbestendig** en kunt goed omgaan met lastige situaties. Je neemt escalaties - en dus ontevreden klanten of partners - niet persoonlijk op, maar houdt altijd het **grotere geheel voor ogen.**
