Introductie
Als Test Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van alle testactiviteiten binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om de kwaliteit van onze softwaretoepassingen te waarborgen en te verbeteren. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het identificeren van problemen, het implementeren van teststrategieën en het waarborgen van een gestroomlijnd testproces.
Jouw functie
We zijn op zoek naar iemand die kan helpen met het opzetten van een testmethodiek en -governance binnen onze organisatie. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van verschillende testers die verspreid zitten binnen een lokaal en een extern testteam (India). We hopen dat je ons kan helpen in het realiseren van de volgende doelstellingen: een teststrategie en -structuur creëren, duidelijke testrapportages opstellen, het plannen van de testactiviteiten (prioriteitstelling), het definiëren van de testcycli (integratie, acceptatie,...), verbeteringen voorstellen met betrekking tot het testframework,...
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?- Je coördineert de activiteiten van de testteams- Je streeft naar efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de testteams- Je werkt samen met verschillende stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat ze betrokken worden op het juiste moment bij elk deel in de testcyclus.- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een uitgebreide teststrategie die aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.- Samenwerken met ontwikkelingsteams, product owners en andere belanghebbenden en ervoor zorgen dat testactiviteiten worden uitgevoerd in lijn met de kwaliteitsnormen.- Opstellen van rapporten over de testvoortgang, bevindingen en inzichten en deze communiceren naar het technology management en andere relevante partijen.- Opstellen van testplannen, testcases en testscenario's, en toezicht houden op de uitvoering van tests om ervoor te zorgen dat alle functionele en niet-functionele vereisten worden getest.

- Master denk en werk-niveau of equivalent door ervaring- Bewezen werkervaring als Test Manager die meerdere verschillende IT-projecten beheert.- Bewezen leiderschapsvaardigheden.- Expertise met testtools.- Je begrijpt de development & test lifecycle en de testingpiramide- Expertise in testautomatisering- Ervaring met externe teams in India is een pluspunt- Bewezen ervaring met het doorvoeren van veranderingen in een organisatie- Ervaring in het beheren van projecten in een multiculturele en complexe omgeving.- Analytische en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheid.- Kennis op het gebied van accountancy is een grote plus.- Talen: Nederlands (de voorkeur) & Engels
