TA MISSION_**
En tant que **_B_**_usiness Development Manager_**, tu es responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la satisfaction des clients et de la rentabilité effective du chiffre d'affaires.

En concertation avec le Directeur d'entité, tu établis une stratégie pour:

- instaurer une relation de confiance à long terme avec les clients existants (farming 60%);
- acquérir de nouveaux comptes (hunting 40%);
- négocier et élaborer les offres commerciales;
- analyser et surveiller étroitement l'évolution des clients et identifier les opportunités (acquisitions, croissance, etc.), les menaces (problèmes de solvabilité, rachats, etc.) ;
- fédérer les équipes techniques autour du projet du client, tant en phase presales que projet ;

- Tu es récemment diplômé d'un Master de type **HEC** ou à **orientation commerciale/business**:

- Tu as éventuellement une première **expérience **commerciale de 1 ou 2 ans auprès des **services publics régionaux Bruxellois**:

- Tu es vendeur et entrepreneur dans l'âme;
- Tu as des connaissances du secteur IT, soit par le biais de ton parcours de formation, soit par pur intérêt pour l'informatique.
- Tu communiques couramment en **français **et en **néerlandais**. Tu as également une bonne connaissance de **l'anglais**;
- Tu as une bonne capacité oratoire et d'écriture ;
- Ton entourage professionnel te définit comme une personne charismatique, persévérante et avec une éthique professionnelle ;
- Tu es autonome, capable de développer un réseau et de souder des liens stratégiques avec les clients.
