Business Development Manager PPE – Publieke Sector Belux

Om de ambities van Lyreco binnen het segment van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PPE/PBM's) in de Publieke sector te realiseren zijn we op zoek naar een sales talent dat zowel nieuwe business kan genereren alsook de bestaande business uitbreiden.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

Als Business Development Manager PPE Public Accounts ben je binnen de Publieke Sector verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van New Business binnen een duidelijk afgelijnde prospectportfolio en het beheren en uitbouwen van je startende klantportfolio. Je bouwt met jouw klanten en prospecten een lange-termijn relatie op en beheert hun volledig PPE-assortiment. Je weet in te spelen op de veranderingen in de markt en kan jouw klanten behagen door de juiste oplossingen aan te reiken. Je gesprekspartners zijn met name preventieadviseurs, HSE managers, inkopers, productieverantwoordelijken en andere beslissingsnemers binnen de Publieke sector in Belux. Je bent dan ook in staat telkens weer de juiste DMU in kaart te brengen.

Als Business Development Manager PPE Public heb je de onderstaande verantwoordelijkheden:

Groei verwezenlijken door een klantgerichte aanpak Genereren van New Business Voorbereiden en beantwoorden van gekwalificeerde tenders bij zowel klanten als prospecten Verruimen van de 'share of wallet' bij bestaande klanten Beheer (prijssetting, margebewaking, afname, aanbod) van de assortimenten die jouw klanten afnemen Het verzamelen van markt-, bedrijfs-, en concurrentie-informatie Het nauw samenwerken met collega Accountmanagers, onze Customer Service, Sales Support, Marketing, Supply & Demand en Leveranciers Je overlegt en rapporteert aan de Head of Public Belux

Wie zoeken we?

Bewezen sales-competenties in een commerciële B2B omgeving en goede kennis van PPE/PBM's Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/Frans en Engels. Frans/Nederlands is een plus Je neemt initiatief, kan sterke zakenrelaties creëren en kan gemakkelijk opportuniteiten detecteren Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, bent bereid te investeren in je carrière om het bedrijf te laten groeien Je bent in staat om een actieplan te schrijven om je doelstellingen te bereiken Een gedreven commerciële persoonlijkheid, je bent resultaatgericht, klantgericht en weet lange termijnrelaties op te bouwen Affiniteit/interesse in tender business Netwerker (intern en extern) Kennis van de meest gebruikte Office toepassingen (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams en Outlook) Je hebt gevoel voor humor waardoor je bijdraagt aan een plezierige en informele sfeer op de werkvloer
