Functieomschrijving

We zijn op zoek naar een Area Operations Manager om multitechnische onderhoudscontracten te beheren voor een van onze grote klanten in het centrum van Brussel.

Sluit je aan bij een vooruitstrevend team waar jouw expertise en strategische visie de toekomst van duurzame energie helpen vormgeven.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Beheer van klantcontacten, inclusief tweewekelijkse vergaderingen, notuleren en wekelijkse updates.
  • Aanwezigheid bij operationele vergaderingen over onderwerpen als brand, HVAC, elektriciteit en ondersteuning.
  • Voortdurende observatie van hogere niveaus door het organiseren van regelmatige vergaderingen met N-1's en N-2's.
  • Organiseren van ochtendbriefings met N-1's om de belangrijkste zaken van de week te bespreken.
  • Effectief communiceren met klanten, conflicten beheren en teams coördineren.
  • Opstellen en nauwkeurig definiëren van het budget.
  • Rapporteren aan het Executive Committee over verschillende aspecten zoals budget, veiligheid, HR en strategie.
  • Toezien op maandelijkse afsluitingen en controleren van cijfers.
  • Veiligheidsmanagement, inclusief veiligheidsbezoeken.
  • Toezicht houden op interne en externe audits.
  • Master in civiele techniek met 10 jaar ervaring, of in industriële techniek met 20 jaar ervaring.
  • Gedegen ervaring in teammanagement van minstens 5 jaar.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans, goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te beheren, striktheid, betrokkenheid.
  • Vaardigheden op het gebied van budget- en kostenbeheer.
