Operations Manager

The Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Identify areas for improvement, cut costs, and ensure efficient processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to continuously enhance processes.
- Facilitate communication among Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Medical departments.
- Create and execute strategies for growth and operational expansion.
- Conduct business analysis and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Supervise expansion initiatives such as new openings and acquisitions.
- Handle lease administration, facilities, and commercial real estate matters.
- Supervise facilities upkeep and maintain consistent brand messaging in retail locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements to support business objectives.
- Manage procurement processes and forecast demand.
- Ensure cost management and uphold quality standards.
- Oversee inventory control to meet working capital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Profile Required for the Operations Manager:
- Master's Degree in Management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proficient in Dutch, French, and English languages.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Process-driven with adaptability and resilience.
- Skilled in MS Office tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
