At LuciSun, every day is a challenge, an opportunity to innovate and make a significant difference in the world of solar energy. Our company is expanding, and we are looking for an Administrative and Operations Manager / Office Manager.

**Main mission**: Ensure the daily management of non-technical tasks, in close collaboration with the founders.

**Main Tasks**
- **Project administrative management**:Budget planning, report writing, and tracking of project payments.
- **Financial management and accounting**: Liaising with our accounting office to ensure the management of invoices and payments, financial monitoring of projects.
- **Maintenance of facilities and office**: Ensuring efficient management of supplies and maintaining an optimal working environment.
- **Marketing support**: Updating the website, managing communication on social media, organising events.

**Profile Sought**
- **Personality**: Proactive, independent, dynamic, and versatile individual.
- **Education**: Academic degree or experience in a field such as business administration, management, finance, or human resources.
- **Financial management and accounting**: Skills in financial management, budgeting, and accounting for the financial monitoring of projects and internal management.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
- **Proficiency in office tools and management systems** (for example, MS Office, management software).
- **Language skills**: Fluency in French and English to enable professional and smooth communication both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is an additional asset.

**The offer**
- **Part-time contract**, half-time, in a 3/5 or 4/5 format.
- **Work flexibility** through a flexible approach, allowing for remote work, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office after an integration phase, thus supporting the balance between private and professional life.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent contract
