**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative, financial, and HR functions. This role ensures the smooth operation of the office, manages key documentation, and supports directors in a multicultural environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration and Finance: Ensure efficient office operations, manage budgets, and oversee expenditures.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain company records and essential documents.
- Human Resources: Support HR processes, including onboarding and personnel management.
- Office Oversight: Coordinate office activities and liaise with external vendors.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional EU language.
- Flexible and adaptable to multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, general digital skills.
