We are currently looking for a **Front Office Manager** to join our dynamic team here at **Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie.**

- **Experience in a similar position.** You have a solid previous experience as an (Assistant) Front Office Manager within the hospitality industry.
- **Leader. **You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Customer oriented**. Making people happy by delivering exceptional guest experiences is your priority. You adapt to the changing needs of our guests. Your goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- **Communication**. You love being in contact with both clients and colleagues in English and French. Dutch and/or any other language is a plus. You have excellent interpersonal abilities.
- **Flexible**. No 9-5 mentality. You adapt easily to people and situations and are willing to work during weekends and bank holidays.
- **Stress resistant. **You have the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
