**Description**:
The main tasks as an administrative assistent are the following:

- Overlooking the general management of the office
- Preparation for the Board/General Council
- Changes Board - Belgian Gazette
- Preparation of activity report
- Review of the daily press
- Thorough management of contracts, procedures, lunch vouchers, calenders and cash
- Order administration
- Hardware - IT contractor interface
- Assisting with potential special projects such as launches
- Back up daily product price calculations

**Profil**

Skills and abilities
- Fluency in Dutch, English and/or French, oral and written
- You have great organizational and administrative skills
- You can work independently
