As an
Area Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and KPIs as well as for developing the stores in the assigned area.

You will act as a coach for the team, setting targets, delegating responsibilities and supporting their personal and professional growth, with the aim of promoting brand development and maximizing sales.

  • Have at least 2 years of proven experience managing 2 or more stores, mostly in Premium Menswear Retail
  • Have experience in coaching and developing teams

  • Drive the team to achieve personal and store targets (KPIs)
  • Have planning and time management skills
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Are flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Are fluent in English and local language, other languages are more than welcome
