Als Beheerder Rekrutering & Selectie maak je deel uit van het team rekrutering arbeiders. Je werkt op de site van Haren en rapporteert aan de Recruitment Manager.
Je voornaamste taken zijn de volgende:
- Je organiseert de aanwervingen en indiensttredingen:
- De arbeidsovereenkomsten en bijlagen opstellen
- De kandidaten uitnodigen en onthalen
- Het administratief beheer uitvoeren in SAP
- Communicatie per mail en telefoon met de verschillende departementen
- Je werkt mee aan de voorselectie van de kandidaten en de « sourcing »:
- De kandidaten telefonisch screenen
- De afspraken organiseren en testsessies organiseren
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van de documenten en procedures die gebruikt worden binnen de dienst Rekrutering & Selectie.
- Je beheert de maandelijkse statistieken en reportings.
- Je verzekert een back-up van het onthaal alsook een telefonische permanentie.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je behaalde een bachelor de richting human resources en/of managementassistent of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je hebt ervaring met het administratief beheer en het coördineren van activiteiten op het gebied van rekrutering
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Office-tools.
- Een kennis van SAP HR als gebruiker is een troef.
- Een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal is verplicht.
- Je persoonlijke kwaliteiten: teamgeest, nauwkeurigheid, autonomie, vermogen om snel bij te leren, discretie, flexibiliteit, goed organisatie - en planningsvermogen, je kan prioriteiten beheren je hebt een goed stressvermogen.
