Vanwege sterke klanten
- en projectgroei zijn we op zoek naar een extra operationele lead om het team van leads aan te vullen en te versterken.

Als Operational Lead zorg je voor een efficiënte werking van je team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei en ontwikkeling van je klanten en je team.

Samen met je Operations Manager en collega operations leads draag je bij aan de succesvolle uitbouw van de afdeling in lijn met de waarden van het bedrijf.

- De kans om je team vorm te geven en je stempel te drukken.

Vacatureomschrijving
- Je creëert een omgeving die de ontwikkeling van medewerkers stimuleert door het geven van passende opleidingen en het bevorderen van kennisdeling.
- Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling en groei van medewerkers binnen de organisatie door middel van regelmatige feedback en ontwikkelgesprekken met teamleden.
- Je zorgt voor een open bedrijfscultuur waar medewerkers toegang hebben tot voldoende informatie om hun werk uit te voeren.
- Je identificeert de wervingsbehoeften in lijn met organisatiedoelstellingen en beoordelen welke middelen binnen het team passen.
- Individueel opvolgen van medewerkers om een vertrouwensrelatie met de organisatie op te bouwen en medewerkers te motiveren en hun betrokkenheid bij de organisatie te waarborgen.
- Het signaleren van kansen bij bestaande klanten en het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met de klant.
- Efficiënt en optimaal beheer van de toewijzing van middelen om ervoor te zorgen dat opdrachten voor klanten correct en op tijd worden uitgevoerd, rekening houdend met de factureerbare ratio.

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor/Master ICT of Toegepaste Informatica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je bent een natuurlijke peoplemanager.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet anderen te inspireren.
- Je hebt een ondernemersgeest om innovatieve ideeën binnen de organisatie voor te stellen en uit te werken.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en in staat om nieuwe projecten voor je afdeling aan te trekken.
- Je bent een sterke teamspeler.
- Je bent georganiseerd en in staat om samen met een team deadlines te halen.
- Je belichaamt de waarden van Resillion binnen de organisatie.
