Vacatureomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en ondernemende Operationeel Leider met een uitgebreide achtergrond in quality assurance en software testing. In deze sleutelrol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van teams die zich toewijden aan het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden in softwareprojecten, maar ook voor het stimuleren van ondernemerschap en de moed om uitdagingen aan te pakken. Je zet je expertise in om effectieve quality assurance processen te implementeren en operationele workflows te optimaliseren, en tegelijkertijd moedig je innovatieve benaderingen en durf aan bij het aanpakken van zakelijke kansen en uitdagingen. Met een bewezen staat van dienst in het efficiënt beheren van projecten, het leiden van getalenteerde teams en het implementeren van succesvolle QA-strategieën, ben je een cruciale bijdrage aan het succes en de reputatie van Resillion in de dynamische wereld van software testing.
- Creëren van een omgeving waarin de ontwikkeling van medewerkers gestimuleerd wordt door o.a. de gepaste opleidingen te voorzien en door kennisdeling te stimuleren
- Stimuleren van ontwikkeling en groei van medewerkers binnen de organisatie door regelmatige feedbackmomenten en ontwikkelingsgesprekken met je teamleden
- Zorgen voor een open bedrijfscultuur waar medewerkers voldoende informatie ter beschikking gesteld krijgen om hun functie uit te oefenen
- Wervingsbehoeften vaststellen in lijn met de organisatie doelstellingen en boordelen welke resources in het team passen
- Op individueel vlak opvolgen van medewerkers om vertrouwensband op te bouwen met de organisatie en om medewerkers te stimuleren en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich verbinden met de organisatie
- Opportuniteiten identificeren bij bestaande klanten en het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met de klant
- Zo efficiënt en optimaal mogelijk omgaan met de inplanning van resources met als doel de job voor de klant correct en tijdig uit te voeren rekening houdende met de billable ratio

**People Management**
- Leid, mentor en motiveer een team van professionals op het gebied van softwaretesting.
- Bevorder een samenwerkingsgerichte en inclusieve teamcultuur.
- Voer prestatiebeoordelingen uit en geef constructieve feedback.
- Identificeer en pak professionele ontwikkelingsbehoeften binnen het team aan.

**Operations Management**
- Toezicht houden op dagelijkse operaties om efficiëntie en effectiviteit te waarborgen.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van operationele beleidslijnen en procedures.
- Workflows en processen optimaliseren voor verbeterde productiviteit.
- Monitoren van kernprestatie-indicatoren (KPI's) en implementeren van verbeteringen.

**Projectmanagement**
- Beheren van end-to-end projectlevering, zorgen voor naleving van deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om projectomvang, doelen en opleveringen te definiëren.
- Identificeren en mitigeren van projectrisico's, zorgen voor succesvolle projectresultaten.
- Gebruikmaken van projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën voor efficiënte projectuitvoering.

**Commerciële Vaardigheden**
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties.
- Samenwerken met verkoop
- en marketingteams om zakelijke kansen te identificeren.
- Bijdragen aan prijsstrategieën en deelnemen aan voorstelontwikkeling.
- Klanttevredenheid waarborgen door effectieve communicatie en probleemoplossing.

**Operationele Vaardigheden**
- Stroomlijnen van operationele processen om de algehele organisatorische efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om naadloze coördinatie te waarborgen.
- Implementeren en beheren van kwaliteitsborgingsprocessen om servicenormen te handhaven.

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor-diploma in een relevant vakgebied; een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
- Bewezen ervaring in operationele leiderschapsrollen binnen een software test
- of IT-dienstenorganisatie.
- Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden met een bewezen staat van dienst in succesvolle projectlevering.
- Commercieel inzicht en ervaring in klantrelatiebeheer.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om een divers team te leiden, inspireren en beheren
