**Project Coördinator sleutel-op-de-deur**

**Jouw rol binnen onze organisatie**

Onze projectafdeling houdt zicht bezig met nieuwbouw
- en renovatieprojecten met meerdere woningen (units) of grote publieke gebouwen. Voor het binnenhalen van de projecten werken ze samen met bouwpromotoren en in de uitvoering van het project staan ze in contact met de installateur en eindklant.

Onze SOD (Sleutel-op-de-deur) afdeling is een onderdeel van onze projectdienst. De medewerkers van onze SOD afdeling volgen appartement
- of woningbouwprojecten op waarbij de ontwikkelaar een sleutel-op-de-deurconcept aanbiedt aan zijn klant. De eindklant komt zijn individuele keuze vervolgens maken in één van onze toonzalen. In deze projecten zorg jij als Project Coördinator SOD voor de volledige afhandeling van het dossier in samenspraak met de bouwheer en installateur en werk je nauw samen met de collega's in onze toonzalen.

**Zo ziet je job eruit**
- Als Project Coördinator SOD maak je deel uit van onze projectafdeling en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van een verkocht project.
- Jouw takenpakket begint wanneer een Project Promotor een project verkocht heeft en de eindklanten hun sanitaire toestellen mogen komen (her)kiezen in onze toonzaal.
- Je splitst de basisoffertes gemaakt door de Project Promotor op per lot/unit zodat elke unit een individuele offerte heeft.
- Je beheert de verkregen koperslijsten en zorgt ervoor dat alle stakeholders steeds een goed overzicht hebben van de gemaakte toonzaalkeuzes.
- Eens de gemaakte keuzeoffertes terug bij jou belanden, zie je erop toe dat de dossiers compleet zijn voor ze doorgestuurd worden naar de stakeholders. (D.w.z. offerte, inplantingsschetsen, hoogteladders, enz.)
- Je maakt technische dossiers op aan de hand van de keuzes van de klanten.
- Je werkt actief aan de toonzaalopvolging om zo eventuele deadlines te kunnen respecteren.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de toonzaalmedewerkers als voor de uitvoerende installateur. In tandem met de Projectpromotor en als spilfiguur tussen toonzaal en installateur.
- Je doet het orderbeheer van a tot z, d.w.z. inleggen en afroepen van de orders.
- Je behandelt de eventuele niet-commerciële klachten.
- Onze projectafdeling is een overkoepelende afdeling die over onze hele organisatie actief is. Je wordt hierin een belangrijke schakel naar onze toonzalen toe.

**Deze kennis en ervaring breng je mee**
- Je blikt terug op min. 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie.
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt graag nauwkeurig en correct.
- Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren.
- Dankzij je enthousiasme en klantvriendelijkheid bouw je een duurzame relatie op met onze klanten.
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van het MS Office pakket. Nieuwe programma's leren kennen motiveert je.
- Ervaring in de bouw
- of vastgoedsector is een sterke plus
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met badkamers of sleutel-op-de-deurprojecten.
- Je communiceert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot in het Nederlands als Frans.
