We have multiple IS&T opportunities in France and are hiring Planners or Schedulers with proven experience of delivery in these sectors.
Job Description:
As a Planner/Scheduler in France, you will be responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis on major projects.
In your role you will:
- Implement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project works.
- Prepare Staffing, Engineering, Construction progress and customised reports.
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
- Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
- Analyse deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions.
- Analyse and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.
- Prepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling.
- Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
- Prepare and propose 'micromanagement' schedules for critical elements of work.

Skills Required:
- Expertise in construction project controls/plan/schedule management is required preferably within Industrial, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing or other related complex asset types.
- Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Ability to coordinate and organise multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
- Able to develop good working relationships with project team.
- Business level English and French language skills, both written and verbal are essential.
- Ability to work in various locations in North France
Qualifications:
- Degree level in relevant discipline is preferred
