Order Processing:

Efficiently handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product availability and pricing.

Order Communication:

Confirm orders, provide updates on order status, and address customer inquiries promptly.

Inventory Coordination:

Collaborate with warehouses to maintain product availability for order fulfillment.

Invoicing:

Generate accurate invoices, facilitate payment processing, and manage credit checks.

Shipping and Tracking:

Coordinate order shipments, provide tracking information, and manage delivery schedules.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve order-related issues, returns, and discrepancies.

Documentation:

Maintain thorough records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.

Collaboration:

Work with various teams for seamless order fulfillment and process improvement.

Data Analysis:

Analyze order data for trends and operational enhancements.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with policies and regulations throughout the process.

Customer Focus:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Multilanguage skills required

    English

  • Eager to learn the job from A-Z or already have had a first experience in any Customer Service or Logistics related function.
  • Applies broad knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices and a general understanding of department fundamentals.
  • Team player and at the same time able to work independently
