At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Knowledge Manager to join our UniQue Brussels team.

What will you be bringing to the team?


Within the Governance and Cybersecurity Culture team, you will develop a unit-wide knowledge management system, support and animate internal communication channels and support communication and dissemination of information through briefings, LTT, papers and supporting material.


  • You will be responsible for the definition of objectives and milestones, periodic status meetings and drafting of corresponding progress/performance reports
  • Followup of the prior knowledge management project, update of the identified knowledge producers.
  • Identify a way to implement knowledge generation, storage, processing and consumption based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and initiation of a unit portal based on Sharepoint and Teams.
  • Draft briefings, LTTs, papers and supporting material, along with associated planning, for the unit's various administrative and cybersecurity tasks.
  • Management of the communication tools, including the management of meetings, communication to its members, solicitation and tracking of discussion points.
  • Consultation and communication of agendas, decisions, documents, meeting minutes and recommendations to DIGIT's senior management.

Requirements:

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University Degree in a relevant field
  • ITIL4 foundation certification
  • Knowledge-Centred Service Foundation
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar field
  • At least 5 years of expertise as Knowledge Manager;
  • At least 4 years of expertise in the organisation of communication activities for endusers, briefings and LTTs.
  • Knowledge of service management
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (level C1) with technical and nontechnical audiences.
