Your team and your responsibilities:

Team/division description
***Within Value chain division, the mission of Accessory Planning & Management team is to contribute to sustainable accessory business growth.

  • By initiating attractive product proposals for each model, bringing the right product and newness by continuously assessing customer needs and expectations.
  • By supporting vehicle sales through grade strategy enhancement with accessories in close cooperation with Accessory Product Management

Accessory e-Commerce


You will be part of a cross-disciplinary working group responsible for launch of a Pan-European portal for selling Toyota and Lexus accessories online.

Our ambition is to go-live with this project in 2024.


Ultimately delivering an end-to-end purchase experience for any product, through any route, at any touchpoint (online or at our Retailers) across Europe.


Your responsibilities

  • Define data quality requirements to ensure correct and consistent categorisation of accessories towards customers.
  • Work together with TME Digital Experience & IT teams.
  • Identify gaps in source data to ensure consistent messaging to customers.
  • Create plan to ensure & maintain data quality.
  • Gain consensus with stakeholders to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear.
  • Establish standard report with clear visualisation towards management.
  • Create governance to ensure sustainable approach.
  • Act as project coordinator to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain & update project plan for Accessory eCommerce development & rollout.
  • Coordinate regular alignment meetings with all stakeholders.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Organise regular report out to management on status.

Your Profile:

  • You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
  • You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
  • You are familiar with MS Office tools (specially Excel) and with Power BI
  • Excellent communication & negotiating skills.
  • Analytical mind & interest in problem solving.
  • Ability to clearly visualise & summarise.
  • Good planner and ability to work according to deadlines.
  • Keen interest in technology and automotive
  • You can work independently.
