Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Accounts Payable:

  • Opvolgen van leveranciersfacturen
  • Uitvoeren van ad hoc taken binnen administratie en facility
  • Ondersteunen van de twee GL-accountants
  • Rapporteren aan de teamleider
  • Contact onderhouden met andere afdelingen voor een vlotte financiële en administratieve verwerking
  • Afronden van de leveranciersboekhouding en algemene ondersteuning bieden waar nodig

Wat er van jou verwacht wordt:

  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen en verkrijgen van interne goedkeuring
  • Samenwerken met de algemeen directeur en de aankoopdienst
