The job
- Help our MBA students find the right career track by inspiring and guiding them in their job search via onetoone coaching sessions.
- Organise various career workshops such as resume writing, job search organisation, interview and assessment simulations, etc.
- Contribute to and report on the employment, revenue, and ranking targets of the MBA programmes.
- Compile a complete and uptodate career record of students and alumni.
- Act as a SPOC for external and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth integrated delivery of all career services.
- Design and provide a career services package for alumni.
- Build and maintain network relationships with alumni, employers, and various business school organisations to promote Vlerick career services.
You
- Have a master's degree and between one and five years of relevant work experience in recruitment, human resources, or career coaching.
- Have a keen interest in understanding and communicating employment opportunities, and keep abreast of local, regional, and global business and hiring trends.
- Are an openminded and energetic individual and a naturally born team player.
- Have solid organisational skills and are willing to attend evening and weekend events.
- Have proven networking skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and realise new business and crossselling opportunities.
- Are fluent in English and have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- International work experience and exposure to multicultural environments is a plus.
- Will be based on our beautiful Brussels campus, located a 5minute walk from the Brussels North station.
