Als verkoper adviseer en begeleid je de klanten bij de aankoop van hun wagen. Je garandeert een vlotte afhandeling van het verkoopproces tot aan de levering en verder.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je adviseert, informeert en begeleidt klanten in de showroom naar de aankoop van hun ideale wagen.
- Je bouwt een lange termijn relatie op met de klant dankzij een professionele en kwalitatieve opvolging en garandeert zo een hoge klanttevredenheid.
- Je treedt op als aanspreekpunt en gezicht van de concessie, ook tijdens evenementen waar je advies verleent over de producten en over het merk.
- Je spoort commerciële opportuniteiten op door het actief bewerken van potentiële klanten.
- Je voert een ordelijke en correcte administratie ter ondersteuning van de gerealiseerde verkopen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de sales manager.
Profiel
Als Sales Advisor Used Cars kan je jezelf terugvinden in onderstaand profiel:
- Het opbouwen van relaties met mensen zit in jouw genen.
- Het leveren van een service die de klant verbluft is jouw drijfeer.
- Je kickt op het begeleiden en overtuigen van mensen.
- Ervaring in de wagenverkoop is een absolute plus
- Je bent in het bezit van een Rijbewijs B
- Indien je kennis hebt van Auto's, is dit een absoluut pluspunt
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De vraag en de behoeften van de klant identificeren (gebruik van het voertuig, budget,...)
- Opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren
Informatie met het team uitwisselen
- Instaan voor de opvolging na de verkoop (transport, levering van voertuigen, administratieve stappen, inschrijving,...)
- Het commerciële aanbod en de financiering aan de klant voorstellen
Samen met de klant de verkoopvoorwaarden bepalen
- De kenmerken van één of meerdere modellen voorstellen
De klant adviseren bij de keuze van de uitrusting en die samen uitproberen
- De klant bij het overhandigen van het voertuig assisteren bij de werking, het manoeuvreren,
- Klantenbezoeken, prospecties, telemarketing,... uitwerken en opzetten
- Een voertuig of boot bij een overname, een aankoop schatten
Een commercieel aanbod aan de klant voorstellen
- Een bestelling opvolgen
Bij problemen oplossingen aan de klant voorstellen
- Commerciële acties uitvoeren tijdens evenementen
- Verkoop van: Tweedehands wagens
