**Functie**:
Ben jij een gedreven teamspeler die graag bijdraagt aan een vlekkeloze werking van de IT-infrastructuur, waardoor gebruikers optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van onze applicaties?

Voor deze functie richten we ons specifiek op het Seniors
- en Schools-segment, samen met de bijhorende applicaties. Als applicatiespecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de functionele inrichting en het volledige beheer van de applicaties. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

- Implementatie en opvolging van diverse applicaties, inclusief volledige systeemconfiguratie.
- Ondersteuning van Sites (managers) tijdens de uitrol van de applicaties waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, inclusief de voorbereiding en het geven van demo's en trainingen. Je verplaatst je hiervoor naar onze sites indien nodig.
- Opmaken en onderhouden van de applicatiedocumentatie (gebruikershandleiding ed.)
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle collega's en klanten bij dagelijks gebruik van de applicaties en IT-incidenten (zowel voor de sites als bij impact op de infrastructuur).
- Analyseren en oplossingen voorstellen in functie van specifieke noden van klanten en site managers met betrekking tot een optimaler gebruik van de applicaties
- Aanspreekpunt en coördinatie van onze IT-partners (leveranciers, groepen of interne ontwikkeling)
- Optreden als expert en bijdragen aan het definiëren van de roadmap en projecten
- Uittesten van nieuwe software-updates
- Centraliseren en visualiseren van de vereisten van de sites met het oog op applicatieontwikkeling & de prioritering hiervan. Actief opvolgen van nieuwe technologische innovaties en optimalisaties.
- Onderhouden van contacten met andere landen binnen en buiten de regio om synergieën te zoeken en gezamenlijke ontwikkelingen te bevorderen.
- Financiële opvolging

**Profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma - culinaire kennis is een plus
- Je werkt resultaat
- en kwaliteitsgericht en steeds op een gestructureerde en kritische manier
- Je bent zeer nauwkeurig en punctueel bij het opzetten/onderhouden van de applicatie.
- Bovendien heb je sterke analytische en technische vaardigheden zodat je makkelijk de brug kunt maken tussen de noden van de organisatie en de functionele inrichting van de applicaties
- Jouw enthousiasme en communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat de nodige kennis over te brengen
- Je beheerst vlot MS Office
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR (schriftelijk en mondeling) met een goede kennis Engels
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar sites
