Context
'Act for Impact' is de naam van de strategie voor 2030 van Enabel. Daarin staat resultaatgerichtheid, innovatie en expertise centraal in wat Enabel zijn partners biedt. In deze context zoekt Enabel een DIRECTEUR (m/v/x) om de afdeling Expertise & Think te leiden en ervoor te zorgen dat ons denken en ons doen naadloos bij elkaar aansluiten voor meer impact in onze partnerlanden.
Je missie
- Je draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van de visie en het beleid van de ontwikkelingssamenwerking, en aan de uitvoering ervan;
- Je biedt de nodige ondersteuning om landenstrategieën en -programma's uit te werken en ontwikkelingsresultaten (outputs en outcomes) te bereiken;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige sectorale expertise wordt aangetrokken om de prioritaire beleidspijlers om te zetten in steun voor duurzame economische en sociale ontwikkeling;
- Je bouwt een netwerk op van Belgische en internationale expertise. Je zorgt ervoor dat strategische samenwerkingsovereenkomsten worden ondertekend met dit netwerk.
- Je zorgt er ook voor dat vakkennis en knowhow worden opgebouwd;
- Je vertegenwoordigt de expertise van Enabel buiten de organisatie en vergroot zo de nationale en internationale bekendheid van Enabel.
Profiel
Opleidingsniveau
- Je hebt een masterdiploma.
Ervaring
- Je hebt 10 jaar nuttige en bewezen ervaring in de internationale ontwikkelingssamenwerking;
- Je hebt verschillende jaren ervaring in het buitenland, bij voorkeur in Afrika (via een aanstelling op lange termijn of via talrijke zendingen);
- Je hebt ervaring in een managementfunctie, idealiter in een directiecomité;
- Ervaring met werken volgens de beginselen van collaboratief bestuur is een pluspunt.
Vaardigheden
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de internationale ontwikkelingssamenwerking;
- Je bent een visionair leider;
- Je hebt vaardigheden in institutioneel of strategisch projectmanagement;
- Je hebt strategische analytische vaardigheden, organisatorische intelligentie en een competitief gevoel voor positionering;
- Je bent op de hoogte van nieuwe financieringsmechanismen;
- Je hebt een goed inzicht in de sterke punten en de toegevoegde waarde van Enabel. Je bent in staat partnerschappen te ontwikkelen;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven).

De financiering onderhandelen
- Een rapport van de acties opstellen
Corrigerende maatregelen en een verbeteringstraject voorstellen
- Actieprogramma's toepassen op regionaal of lokaal niveau of bij overheidsinstellingen
- De toepassing van regeringsbeslissingen controleren en evalueren (enquête, audit, werkgroepen,...)
- De directies van een ministerie of een administratie coördineren
