Wat is er logischer dan toe te zien op de conformiteit van de financiële processen en de interne en externe kwaliteit van deze processen te garanderen? Daarvoor rekenen we op jou Als specialist in financiële kwaliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de audits van met name het Rekenhof en breng je verslag uit bij de overheid.
**Wat doe je concreet als Financial Reporting & Quality Analyst?**
- Je beheert de coördinatie van de auditverzoeken van het Rekenhof en van de bedrijfsrevisor. Je verzamelt de auditverzoeken bij de verantwoordelijke collega's, verzekert je van de kwaliteit ervan en zorgt ervoor dat ze doorgegeven worden via de platforms;
- je bent belast met de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse rapportering van de rekeningen aan de federale Staat in het kader van de toepassing van de wet houdende organisatie van de begroting en van de comptabiliteit van de federale Staat;
- je stelt het periodieke KPI-verslag op binnen de financiële dienst, alsook het financieel jaarverslag dat gepubliceerd wordt op de website van NIRAS;
- je bent de financiële contactpersoon voor de kwaliteitsdienst van NIRAS en zorgt voor de actualisering van de kwaliteitsprocedures en -verslagen. Je bent ook de contactpersoon bij de aankoopdienst voor de toepassing van de overheidsopdrachtprocedure voor aankopen van de financiële dienst en stelt de opdrachtdocumenten op aan de hand van bestaande sjablonen;
- je bent belast met de financiële controle van bepaalde aankoopdocumenten overeenkomstig de interne delegatie van bevoegdheid, en controleert de master data van leveranciers/klanten overeenkomstig de procedure;
- voor het luik 'belastingen' werk je samen met de property-verantwoordelijke.

**Waar is je werkplek?**
Meestal werk je op ons kantoor in Brussel (Kunstlaan 14, 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Node - metro Kunst-Wet ). In overleg met je team kan je twee dagen per week telewerken als je dat wil.
**Competenties**:
**Welke vaardigheden heb je nodig om in deze job te starten?**
- Je hebt een **goede kennis van het financiële vakgebied en bij voorkeur van audits** dankzij een masterdiploma met een financiële oriëntatie (financiën, boekhouding, managementwetenschappen enzovoort). Je hebt, idealiter, enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- je hebt belangstelling voor het beheer van radioactief afval en de maatschappelijke opdracht van NIRAS, en bent in het bijzonder geïnteresseerd in de reglementaire aspecten van dit beheer (wetten, koninklijke besluiten, richtlijnen, normen enzovoort);
- je **organiseert** graag, volgt de zaken **proactief** op en stelt prioriteiten als dat nodig is;
- je houdt ervan informatie te **analyseren** en te** synthetiseren**, en doet graag aan projectbeheer;
- dankzij je uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden schrijf je gemakkelijk interne procedures en rapporten;
- als ervaren professional werk je **zelfstandig**. Tegelijkertijd hou je ervan **in team samen te werken** om de gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken;
- je neemt graag initiatieven, zoekt veelzijdigheid in je werk en gaat graag uitdagingen aan;
- je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans en hebt een praktische kennis van de andere landstaal;
- je hebt een goede kennis van computertoepassingen en boekhoudkundige tools (MS Office).
