OBJECTIVES

In summary, these will be your key objectives and desired outcomes:

  • Evaluate project plans, set realistic goals, and establish roadmaps for efficient resource allocation, including tools, manpower, and technology.
  • Monitor budget and time for financial responsibility and timely project delivery.
  • Ensure proper technical documentation for knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, ease of maintenance, and longterm sustainability.
  • Manage daytoday team operations, addressing challenges promptly, fostering teamwork, and aligning tasks with overarching objectives.
  • Optimize team performance and skills for increased productivity, identifying and resolving risks and problems to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and business units to align IT initiatives with overall business goals for organizational success.

Tasks per subcategory may include:

- _ Lead Development Team_

  • Follow up on the team progress on a daytoday basis.
  • Coordinate the technical realization of custommade software and interfaces of the new solution with existing systems. This includes infrastructure, SDLC, coding and testing.
  • Manage the team goals and performance.
- _Lead Analysis/Consulting Team_

  • Follow up on the team progress on a daytoday basis
  • Coordinate for the analysis, design, development, testing, validation, maintenance and reliability of the custom integration engines between the CTMS and our healthcare partners.
  • Manage the team goals and performance.
- _Lead Test Team_

  • Follow up on the team progress on a daytoday basis
  • Coordinate on the functional specifications, coordinate and codevelop the technical architecture and design for Business Intelligence projects, reporting, data warehousing and ETL.
  • Manage the team goals and performance.
- _Cerba Cerca_

  • Follow up on the operations of the tool.
  • Formulate improvement strategies and priorities aligned with business needs and IT requirements.
- _CTMS/ERP roadmap & Transformation_

  • Reinforce Governance of Applications with the business lead
  • Formulate and maintain the CTMS roadmap aligned with business, IT and management goals.
  • Implement and maintain the new ERP + CTMS system with a deep integration via ETL Talend platform.
- _Maintain Software Development Life Cycle_

  • Maintain good SDLC practices for all development made within the company.
  • Organize releases and change boards.
  • Plan release activities.
  • Follow up release activities.

RECOGIZED COMPETENCES

  • 10+ years leading complex IT transformation initiatives, including successful rollouts of LIMS/CTMS programs and global SAP implementations. Proven expertise in GXPcompliant computer science validation, UML methodologies, and advanced analysis techniques
  • Bachelor/Master level education in information technology or computer sciences, or equivalent through experience.
  • Excellent skills in English and Dutch, with French as a plus.
  • An adaptive and flexible mindset to navigate the dynamic IT landscape and respond swiftly to evolving business needs.
  • Communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to stakeholders, with a resultdriven approach aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Team Collaboration and analytical thinking skills for coordinating global teams and addressing complex IT challenges.
