Robert Half Talent Solutions is momenteel op zoek naar een CMDB Analyst voor een klant gelegen in Brussel.
Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de verzekeringssector.
Als CMDB Analyst zal u volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
CMBD-onderhoud:
- De CMBD onderhouden en bewaken om de nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid van configuratiegegevens te garanderen;
- Samen met de data owner discrepanties in configuratiegegevens identificeren en oplossen om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te verbeteren;
Configuratie-item (CI) Identificatie:
- Samenwerken met domeinarchitecten en IT-service owners om configuratie-items en de topologie ervan nauwkeurig te identificeren en te documenteren;
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle relevante CI's correct geclassificeerd zijn en dat de gerelateerde afhankelijkheden goed gedefinieerd zijn;
- De verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het datamodel en zorgen voor genormaliseerde datamodellen voor alle CI's en informatie over de topologie;
- Gedetailleerde informatie onderhouden over CI-types en topologie, informatiebronnen en het gebruik ervan voor processen, automatisering, monitoring, ...;
Ondersteuning Incident Management:
- Nauw samenwerken met het incident management & monitoring team om configuratiegegevens te beoordelen en bij te werken om incidenten snel op te lossen en de MTTR te verbeteren;
Ondersteuning Change Management:
- Nauw samenwerken met het change management team om configuratiegegevens met betrekking tot goedgekeurde wijzigingen te beoordelen en bij te werken.
- Ondersteuning bieden tijdens impactanalyses en voorgestelde wijzigingen om een minimale verstoring van de IT-diensten te garanderen.
Rapportering en analyse van gegevens:
- Opstellen en regelmatig rapporteren van KPI's die de kwaliteit van onze CMDB meten;
- Genereren en analyseren van rapporten van de CMBD ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming en prestatiebewaking;
- Proactief trends en verbetermogelijkheden identificeren op basis van CMDB-gegevens;
Samenwerking en communicatie
- Samenwerken met IT-teams, waaronder systeembeheerders, netwerkengineers en andere belanghebbenden, om configuratiegegevens te verzamelen en te valideren;
- Effectief communiceren met verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de CMDB-processen en het CMDB-beleid worden begrepen en nageleefd.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van CMDB Analyst zijn:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van ITSM-processen als CMDB-analist, bij voorkeur gecertificeerd in dit domein;
- Je neemt graag deel aan projecten waarbij multidisciplinaire teams betrokken zijn.
- Je hebt een gestructureerde aanpak;
- Je bent niet bang om je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;
- Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, je hebt een vlotte schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie en je bouwt snel een netwerk op;
- Je kan werken in een snel veranderende omgeving;
- Je kan multitasken en efficiënt van context wisselen tussen verschillende activiteiten;
- Je moedertaal is Nederlands of Frans. Je beheerst de Engelse taal voldoende om te kunnen communiceren met buitenlandse gesprekspartners en klanten;
- Heb je een masterdiploma in informatica? Perfect. Heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring? Dat is net zo goed.
