WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
- Ensure smooth operation of all standard procedures and achievement of goals
- Take the lead in training and team development, hiring and onboarding new employees
- Report important information and targets
- Proactively collaborate with the District Manager to enhance performance
- Work with your team to deliver the best customer experience
