Belfius Lease Services is een gespecialiseerd filiaal van Belfius Bank, met een team van ongeveer 100 collega's, en is actief in verschillende vormen van leasing. Hierbij financieren ze onder andere wagens, vrachtwagens, utilitaire voertuigen, productie- en energie-installaties, IT-materiaal, gebouwen en diverse assets. Door hun bedrijfscultuur te versterken en te laten evolueren naar de liefde die ze koesteren, maken ze van Belfius iets unieks. De job in een notendop
Als Head of HR, Cultuur & Interne Communicatie ben je een belangrijk lid van het managementcomité. Binnen een brede scope van HR en interne communicatie zal je bijdragen aan het beheer, het beleid en de strategie van Belfius Lease.
Verantwoordelijkheden en rollen:
HR Beleid & Strategie:
- Je bouwt een goed begrip op van de leasing business en begeleidt de managers om hun doelstellingen te bereiken via het HRCIC domein.
- Je bouwt partnerships op met groepsfuncties om efficiëntie te maximaliseren en beleidslijnen af te stemmen op de noden van Belfius Lease.
- Opmaak en beheer van het HRCIC budget met oog op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Identificeren van operationele risico's binnen HR.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Je verzorgt de personeelsadministratie en verbetert efficiëntie in HR processen.
- Uitwerken van een marktconform loonbeleid in lijn met bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
Rekrutering & Talentmanagement:
- Zorg voor een optimale invulling van vacatures en talentbeheer.
- Opvolging en optimalisatie van het onboarding proces.
Learning & Development:
- Beheer, evaluatie en organisatie van het opleidingsprogramma.
- Identificeren van mogelijke skillsgaps en blijven informeren over HR trends.
HR Cultuur en Interne Communicatie:
- Integratie van de bedrijfscultuur in HR processen.
- Versterken en verbeteren van de bedrijfscultuur.
- Beheer van interne communicatie en opbouwen van vertrouwensrelaties met medewerkers.
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
- Je bent sociaal, communicatief en hebt een flinke dosis EQ.
- Je kan een HR visie en beleid ontwikkelen en bent hands-on ingesteld.
- Dankzij jouw mentaliteit functioneer je in diverse structuren.
- Je kan een gezond evenwicht vinden tussen uitvoeren en challengen van taken.
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR of human capital consulting.
- Je hebt up-to-date kennis van de arbeidswetgeving in België.
- Je wilt groeien in een diverse HR functie waar je impact kan hebben.
