**De job in een notendop**
Als Head of HR, Cultuur & Interne Communicatie (HRCIC) ben je lid van het managementcomité. Binnen een brede scope van HR en interne communicatie domeinen zal je bijdragen aan het beheer, beleid en strategie van Belfius Lease.
Om de HR verantwoordelijkheden te realiseren zal je nauw samenwerken met het lijnmanagement en de verschillende groepsfuncties van Belfius Groep.
Verantwoordelijkheden en rollen:
HR Beleid & Strategie:
- Je bouwt een goed begrip op van de leasing business en begeleidt & challenget de managers in het realiseren van hun objectieven via het HRCIC domein (duurzaam workforce management, doordachte rekrutering, leiderschapsontwikkeling, performance management, cultuur, communicatie).
- Je bouwt proactief partnerships op met de groepsfuncties binnen Belfius Groep om samen te werken aan een maximale efficiëntie in de operationele HR werking en aan alignering van het beleid, rekening houdend met de noden van Belfius Lease
- Opmaak en beheer van het HRCIC budget rekening houdend met de globale objectieven van het bedrijf. Periodieke opvolging en rapportering aan het managementcomité, volgens de prioriteiten en plannen in het lopende budgetjaar.
- Identificeren van operationele risico's binnen HR (bv. continuïteit, werkdruk, afhankelijkheid, engagement, competentiegap, markt
- of groepsconformiteit etc).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Je verzorgt de volledige personeelsadministratie binnen het kader van de Groep: contractopmaak en wijzigingen, onboarding, opvolging externe payroll,
- Verbetering efficiëntie in HR processen: op een proactieve manier inefficiëntie verminderen of wegwerken zowel voor het filiaal als de collega's van de Groep.
- Uitwerken en optimaliseren van een marktconform loonbeleid in lijn met de doelstellingen van ons bedrijf.
Rekrutering & Talentmanagement:
- Samen met de business zorg je voor een optimale invulling van de vacatures: plan van aanpak, coaching opmaak job descriptions, search via interne en externe kanalen, interne rotatie via de HR collega's van Belfius Groep,
- Opmaak en beheer van talentpools en succession planning.
- Opvolging, evalueren en optimaliseren van het onboarding proces.
Learning & Development:
- Beheer, evaluatie en organisatie van het opleidingsprogramma: verschillende opleidingen, gebruikmakend van de groepstools, via het lijnmanagement, of HR Groep
- Opmaak en beheer opleidingsplannen en trajecten voor talenten en groepen.
- Identificeren en in kaart brengen van mogelijke skillsgaps
- Zelf geïnformeerd blijven over de trends en marktstandaarden binenn het HR domein.
HR Cultuur en Interne Communicatie:
- Je integreert onze LOVE cultuur in de verschillende domeinen van de HR cyclus.
- Je treedt op als ambassadeur om deze LOVE cultuur nog verder te versterken en verbeteren.
- Je organiseert of faciliteert verschillende groepssynergieën, werkgroepen die bijdragen aan de bedrijfscultuur.
- Je beheert de interne communicaties van Belfius Lease (zowel periodieke als projectmatige).
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de medewerkers en faciliteert moeilijke situaties.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je heb een bachelor of masterdiploma (in gedragspsychologie, sociologie, handelsingenieur, rechten, economie, financiën, ) of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
- Je ben sociaal en communicatief (NL/FR) en beschikt over een flinke dosis EQ.
- Je kan een HR visie en beleid ontwikkelen en tegelijk ben je hands-on ingesteld.
- Dankzij jouw "open mind" en "can do" mentaliteit functioneer je zowel in kleine als grote structuren van de Groep.
- Je bent in staat om een gezond evenwicht te maken tussen het uitvoeren en challengen van bepaalde taken.
- Je heb ervaring van minstens 5 jaar in HR of human capital consulting.
- Je heb een up-to-date kennis van de arbeidswetgeving in België.
- Je wenst te groeien in een gevarieerde HR functie waar je als individu echt je stempel kan drukken.
