Als Quality Manager werk je aan tal van uitdagingen bij Customer Services Life & Health, een van de operationele centra van Belfius Insurance.
Kwaliteit is van essentieel belang in al wat we doen voor onze klanten en onze distributienetten. Je betrokkenheid zal bijdragen aan de groei-ambities van Belfius Insurance opdat de kwaliteit van de operationele diensten op elk moment gewaarborgd is. Een optimale kwaliteit zal bijdragen tot de tevredenheid van onze klanten en onze netwerken, tot het welzijn van de medewerkers en tot een eventuele versnelling van de interne processen.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de transversale projecten bij Customer Services Life & Health doordat je je focust op de kwaliteit van de operationele processen, CORM ondersteunt bij het naar boven brengen van de eventuele incidenten in de betrokken cellen in de structuur van de groep Belfius en bij het implementeren van de initiatieven ter verbetering van de kwaliteit van onze interne processen (follow-up van de uitvoering van de kwaliteitstests, versterking van de controles enz.).
Je team bestaat uit 1 CORM, 1 Capacity Manager en 1 Outsourcing Officer, en je rol in dit team is die van Quality Manager.
Een typische werkdag brengt je in nauw contact met de Deputy Customer Services Life & Health, met de managers van Customer Services Life & Health voor een stand van zaken over de transversale initiatieven die voortvloeien uit de verwachtingen van het directiecomité van Belfius Insurance, en je ondersteunt CORM bij de bekendmaking van de eventuele incidenten in de betrokken cellen in de structuur van de groep Belfius.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je:
- in het bezit bent van een diploma hoger onderwijs
- een eerste beroepservaring hebt inzake projectbeheer
- een analytische en synthetische geest hebt
- graag in teamverband werkt en vlot contact legt met om het even wie
- Word, Excel en Powerpoint goed onder de knie hebt
Je scoort extra met:
- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
- ervaring met verzekeringen in een operationele dienst
