Sibelga beheert het gas
- en elektriciteitsnet in Brussel. Elke dag zetten onze 1 100 medewerkers zich in om Brusselse gezinnen en ondernemingen van energie te voorzien. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad, werken al onze teams mee om het gebruik van energie vandaag en morgen eenvoudiger te maken.

**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De dienst Meter to Market beheert de informatie over de meters, de leveringspunten en de verbruiksgegevens gas en elektriciteit. De medewerkers zorgen voor de overdracht van de correcte meetgegevens naar de belanghebbende partijen.

De dienst Validatie Low Power staat in voor het valideren van alle gegevens met betrekking tot de meterstanden en het energieverbruik (gas en elektriciteit) om ze aan de spelers op de markt over te dragen.

Merk op dat in het kader van de energietransitie verschillende ontwikkelingen/projecten in de toekomst een impact zullen hebben op de dienst zowel op het niveau van de gebruikte metierprocessen als van de informaticasystemen.

**JOUW JOB**:
Als medewerker van de dienst Validatie analyseer en verwerk je de meetgegevens op een optimale wijze zodat de leverancier de klant op basis van correcte gegevens kan factureren. Om je werk goed te kunnen uitvoeren:

- beheers je de verschillende activiteiten van je dienst en ontwikkel je je polyvalentie in functie van de verschillende behoeften die de uitdagingen in de dienst met zich brengen enerzijds, en van de evolutie van de energiemarkt anderzijds.
- maak je een grondige analyse van de complexe situaties, beantwoord je vragen in verband met meterstanden en verbruik, en beheer je de contacten met de verschillende betrokken interne en externe partijen.
- in het kader van de activiteiten die voortvloeien uit de energietransitie, analyseer en zorg je voor de noodzakelijke verwerking van de dossiers die je worden toevertrouwd (bv.: gedecentraliseerde productie).
- analyseer je grondig de verbruiksgeschiedenis van de klanten alsook de andere nuttige informatie in dat verband en neem je beslissingen over de acties en/of rechtzettingen die moeten gebeuren, om verzoeken tot rechtzetting te beantwoorden.
- baseer je je op de feedback die je krijgt van het terrein en op de verschillende marktgegevens (scenario, Asset-gegevens...) om potentieel abnormale situaties te analyseren en te zorgen voor de verwerking van de verschillende validatiefouten met de bedoeling een kwalitatieve facturering te garanderen.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma of een evenwaardige beroepservaring.
- Je hebt een uitstekend analytisch vermogen en je kan de resultaten duidelijk formuleren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan complexe en abstracte dossiers analyseren/structureren/samenvatten;
- Je kunt bijzonder goed overweg met cijfers.
- Je communiceert vlot met klanten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de informaticatools en je hebt een goede kennis van de Microsoft Office-tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans perfect en je hebt een goede basiskennis van de andere taal.
- Kerncompetenties: goed leervermogen, nauwkeurigheid, analytische geest, autonoom, communicatief, teamgeest, resultaatgericht, klantgericht.
