Vanuit de hoofdzetel in Heist-op-den-Berg, waar zich tevens het productie
- en distributiecentrum bevindt:
- Beheer je de volledige Repack
- & Relabelrange binnen Productie. Opvolging van A tot Z, aanmaken van de productie opdrachten en bundels, opvolgen van het proces op de Productievloer, tot het correct administratief afwerken van de orders in ons beheer systeem.
- Hou je de flows en processen gerelateerd aan herverpakkingen en orders up-to-date.
- Zorg je voor de rapportering van KPI's, QA of technische issues of andere problemen in productie om een snelle bijsturing mogelijk te maken.
- Ondersteun je actief de orde en netheid en het veiligheidsprogramma op de werkvloer teneinde de duurzame tewerkstelling van onze mensen te ondersteunen.
- Volg je bulkleveringen op en doe je de afroepen van verpakkingsmateriaal (zakken, labels, paletten) teneinde tijdige beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen te verzekeren.
- Hou je de informatie op de schermen in productie up-to-date zodat de werkzaamheden efficiënt en correct kunnen uitgevoerd worden.
- Beheer je de pickcorrecten en retouren naar het magazijn zodat niet gebruikte producten tijdens een herverpakking terug in voorraad komen en alsnog opgebruikt worden.
- Je beheert de stock aanwezig op de werkvloer en houdt stock gegevens up-to-date in SAP.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle producten van de juiste labels voorzien worden. Daarvoor is een correct databeheer in het ERP en Mes systeem eveneens noodzakelijk.
- Je rapporteert QA of technische issues of andere problemen in productie aan de juiste personen om een snelle bijsturing mogelijk te maken.
- Je staat mee in voor het lean management van onze voorraden.
Uw profiel
- Je genoot een opleiding die u toelaat om productieprocessen in goede banen te leiden.
Enige kennis en operationele ervaring met supply chain systemen (SAP, MES) is een grote troef.
- Je werkt vlot met Word en Excel.
- Je bent sterk in het flexibel plannen, organiseren en coördineren van productieactiviteiten.
- Je werkt graag in team en houdt van adminstratie, databeheer, proces-en voorraadbeheer op de werkvloer.
- Je begeeft je dagelijks op de werkvloer en hebt oog voor alle mogelijke factoren die jouw planning kunnen beïnvloeden.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederland en Engels.
