The IT & Data User Workspace team is part of the global IT & Data team at Danone, with the purpose "We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data".
The IT User Workspace team plays a key role in supporting our colleagues in Danone to work more effectively and efficiently, by proving technical support in a proactive, positive and creative way with great cooperation with the business.
As End-User Support Team Lead you coordinate and manage a team of On-Site End-User Support Analysts direct reports). They provide support to the Danone sites Gent, Wevelgem and Zwevegem.Your Mission
- Together with your manager you codevelop the IT Strategy for IT User Workspace
- You make sure global IT Strategy is implemented locally
- You spot new opportunities, improvements and make them happen, together with your direct colleagues
- You manage a team of 57 On-Site Support Analysts
- Interact closely with the business to follow up on their needs and with IT & Data Benelux to follow up on the future roadmap
- Followup on IT projects, keeping your stakeholders informed and adhere to agreed time and budget
- Followup on the lifecycle management of hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, video conference systems and software license management
- You give input to your manager concerning financial budget and forecast
- You are a trusted people manager, experienced in coaching and motivating team members
- You have a solid experience in IT Support Management or any other relevant position in IT that makes you understand how IT Support Management works
- You are fluent in English & Dutch (written & oral)
- You are familiar with ITIL processes; certification is not mandatory
- Considered a plus: knowledge about Windows 1011, Microsoft O365, MS Groups, iOS devices, knowledge of IT security principals, basic knowledge of networking WAN, LAN
- Experience with Agile way of working is a considerable advantage
- You have welldeveloped communication skills (verbal and written) and a structured wayofworking
- You know how to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
