External Shop Supervisor

INTRODUCTIE:
- Currently we are looking for an External Shop Supervisor.
FUNCTIE:
- Is first point of contact for all work in external shops and on the spray site; items to be handled include valves, safety valves, control valves, appliance parts, retaining bundles of heat exchangers
- Visits external shops when necessary, informs & guides them in the use of e.g. Ermeo
- Ensures that applicable procedures are followed
- Knows the priorities, follows up all work for his domains, analyses the progress and directs the revision contractors by means of 3day lookahead and other reports; at all times during the TA he knows where the parts are and when they will be available again on site (expediting)
- Ensures correct wall papers
- Coordinates quality checks of inspection and maintenance in external shops and on inspection site
- Challenges repairs on need and gets extra work requests (EWR), waivers or MOC prepared, where necessary
- Sets budget of external shops and spray site in cooperation with TA coordinator
- Prepares scope of external shops for offers and evaluates offers in cooperation with purchasing department
- Signs necessary documents daily for financial settlement
- Is responsible for managing and distributing the necessary documents (test reports, calculation sheets,.) to relevant departments (QAQC, inspection, maintenance, TDG)
- Regularly follows TA coordination meetings during execution
- Holds regular meetings with the various workshops
- Reports daily to the TA area intendant during execution; reports deviations on time
- Settles costs at the latest 2 months after termination of the stop
- Provides input for closeout report in terms of external shops and spraying location and thus ensures implementation of continuous improvement process
- Draws up an inventory of all uncollected items at the spray site/inspection site/scrap site and organises a meeting with various departments to decide what to do with them
FUNCTIE-EISEN:
- Communication and negotiation skills, working in networks.
- Use of PC (SAP, Lotus Notes, MS office, Sharepoint, EHT).
- Language skills (oral and written) Dutch and English
