Krijg je energie wanneer je de juiste oplossing vindt voor een probleem? Weet jij vlotjes met mensen om te gaan en heb je goeie communicatieskills? Lees dan vooral verder, want wij zijn op zoek naar iemand zoals jij.
Jij legt onze businessklanten in de bovenste schuif én in de watten. Als een echte Sherlock Holmes ga je op zoek naar de beste oplossing voor onze klanten en probeer je om hen in één contactmoment verder te helpen. Zo ga je van "nog eens terugbellen?" naar "nog eens merci". Door oprechte interesse te tonen en de juiste vragen te stellen, kom je te weten welke extra oplossingen de klant nodig heeft. De vertrouwensband die je opbouwt, leeft verder in je excellente nazorg. Of je ten slotte als klantendienstmedewerker af en toe ook een mooie geste mag doen? 't Zal wel zijn.

**Snel en betrouwbaar, da's Telenet.**:
Telenet zal je bekend in de oren klinken. 't Is een van de grootste telecombedrijven. Jij legt onze businessklanten in de bovenste schuif én in de watten. Je gaat van "nog eens terugbellen?" naar "nog eens merci". Je staat klanten te woord via tal van kanalen, zonder voorgekauwd script.
**Wat doe je?**:
Zakelijke klanten die jou bellen helpen in het Nederlands. en Frans. Je redeneert logisch, denkt digital first, kan zelfstandig werken maar bent geen egotripper. Je hebt een commercieel trekje en denkt proactief.
Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8 uur en 20 uur en op zaterdag van 9.00 uur tot 17.30 uur.
Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd.
Werken doe je in Gent, of maximum 4 dagen per week vanuit jouw thuiswerkplek.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Actief luisteren, vertrouwensbanden kunnen bouwen, klantgericht zijn en meedenken. Dit lukt je in het Nederlands en het Frans.
Je hebt technisch inzicht, maar vooral veel commerciële flair, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een warme persoonlijkheid.
Je denkt 'digital first', maar je hoeft geen technisch diploma te hebben. Met gezond verstand kom je er ook.
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar aarzelt niet om de hulp in te roepen van collega's, of om je teamleden een handje toe te steken.
Je wil het beste voor de klant en past je flexibel aan aan hun situaties en noden. 'Hard sales' staat niet in je woordenboek.
Je wil groeien en nieuwe dingen leren.
Met een mondje Engels scoor je extra punten."

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen werken we aan jouw onboarding, zodat je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie krijgt. De eerste weken focussen we op belsystemen, klantsystemen, werkmethodes & procedures. Het is logisch dat je dan dagelijks op kantoor bent. Eens je klaar bent voor je werk volgt een inloop-periode met intensieve begeleiding. Ook dan ben je op kantoor, zodat we jou optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Eens die kaap succesvol is genomen kan je ook thuis werken. Hoe vaak, dat hangt af van jou én van de klant waarvoor je werkt.
