J&J Technology Services is recruiting for a(n) Digital Workplace Experience Design Lead, located in Belgium.


This position will have responsibility for the delivery and support of the regional Digital Workplace Capability Center with a clear focus on Employee Experience & Operational Organizational Change capabilities for our J&J employees within EMEA.

You will help craft the digital workplace vision of J&J based upon business & employee insights, design desirable & intuitive experiences in collaboration with our End User Digital Workplace Engineering teams and interactively validate solutions with users.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a single point of Technology Services accountability within EMEA for Digital Workplace Employee Experience & Organizational Change (OCM) Practices and partner closely with global/regional service owners, global Digital Workplace Practice, End User Services Engineering, regional Site delivery leaders and other regional Service Capability Center leads

Drive regionally the digital employee & dexterity capabilities, including Employee Experience, Learning Services, communication management and User Targeting & Analytics:

Key jobs to do:

  • Complete studies to discover how an employee interacts with and experience a product, system or service, highlighting struggles, problems and inefficiencies, and uses these insights to recommend design solutions
  • Use a framework to understand the effect of new or changing business processes and technologies on the organization, build out behavioural change journeys to champion our employees through the change.
  • Figures out target audiences and measure their response to behavioral change programs on a continuous basis to ensure business outcomes are being met and value realized.
  • Create distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels.
  • Create compelling visual designs that align to company and product brand standards.
  • Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions.
  • Actively collaborate as part of an agile team to ensure design & communication plans are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Track user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics.

Education:

  • BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Shown experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher or similar role
  • Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, highfidelity product stories and communications
  • Experience in underlying conceptual models based on humancentered design principles to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience in planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process, all with a focus on the end user
  • Deep understanding of ITIL process and customer needs
  • Familiar in designing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and teamwork (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)
  • Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology

Preferred:

  • Proficient in design software e.g Adobe CS, Axure, InVision, Sketch, Figma, and a willingness to explore new tools
  • Background in project management and research
  • Creative problemsolving proficiency
  • Analytical mind with an eye for business
  • A person that sees value in taking an iterative design approach and proactively advocates for the end user
