Functieomschrijving

De Trade Accounting Advisor staat dagelijks in contact met de andere teams en afdelingen en streeft een zo correct en kwaliteitsvol beheer van de rekeningen na, controleert en beoordeelt de saldi, geeft (proactief) advies met betrekking tot te maken correctieboekingen.

Hij/zij werkt ook actief mee aan de dagelijkse interne boekhoudkundige controles. Correctheid, kwaliteit en snelheid zijn voortdurende aandachtspunten van de Trade Accounting Advisor, onder andere bij het behandelen van diverse boekingen en vragen. De Trade Accounting Advisor is alert voor de risico-aspecten van zijn/haar activiteiten en neemt de gepaste acties bij of ter voorkoming van problemen (vb met kredietlijnen, boekingen van commissies,). Escaleert waar nodig en informeert management van abnormale en/of onregelmatige transacties.

Profiel

U hebt de volgende competenties:

- u hebt minimum een A2 diploma
- u bent vertrouwd met de Windows 10 omgeving en de praktische kennis van de courante toepassingen MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel...);
- U spreekt Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Punctueel en analytisch, met oog voor detail
- Autonoom en leergierig
- Communicatief en niet bang om vragen te stellen
- Risicobewust

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren
- Administratieve dossiers samenstellen
Gegevens, de actualisatie van gegevens, terugzendingen of aanmaningen controleren
- Briefwisseling registreren, sorteren, frankeren
- Telefonische oproepen aannemen
Doorverbinden naar de gevraagde gesprekspartners
Een boodschap noteren
- De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
Bestellingen plaatsen
