Bij Telenet werken we samen met heel wat bedrijven en leveranciers die ons helpen om de dagelijkse dienstverlening aan onze klanten te garanderen en onze ambitieuze plannen te realiseren . We streven naar sterke relaties met onze leveranciers die vaak uitgroeien tot duurzame partnerships. Binnen het domein van Customer operations doen we dit onder andere voor Contact centers en Externe Retail. De Customer Operations Steering Tribe is op zoek naar een Business Analyst om in dit landschap mee het verschil te maken.
In deze functie neem je het voortouw om een brug te vormen tussen de interne Business Owners en Telenets partners. Je bouwt daarom aan een sterk netwerk en vertrouwensrelatie met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
Je bepaalt mee het kader waarbinnen onze het bedrijf werkt, relaties opbouwt, leveranciers onderhoudt en overziet. Dit enerzijds op operationeel niveau als op tactische en strategisch niveau. Je werkt actief samen met collega's om het samenwerkingsmodel en contract met onze partners te evalueren en vorm te geven. In deze rol leen je centrale ondersteuning voor het Customer Operations domein. Het is jouw rol om stakeholders te voorzien van advies, actieve inzichten en ondersteuning bij belangrijke zaken. Je zorgt voor een correcte, datagestuurde evaluatie van de gedefinieerde samenwerking met leveranciers en partners en zorgt voor correcte overzichten van ons portfolio van leveranciers en partners. Je consolideert deze informatie in verschillende dimensies en gebruikt deze inzichten om actief advies , scenario's en opties te bieden voor besluitvorming en strategische projecties. Je hebt een sterke analytische vaardigheid met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en kunt de impact van "change" op de zakelijke organisatie en op de customer experience identificeren.Wat hebben we te bieden?

handelt op het ervaringsniveau van een bachelor- of masterdiploma. je bent communicatief vaardig en een echte relatiebouwer Je kunt goed luisteren en hebt overtuigingskracht, waardoor je consensus en steun kunt krijgen voor de gekozen oplossing Je hebt sterke analystische vaardigheden je hebt ervaring met partnerbeheer en kennis van de telecom branche. beschikt over uitstekende meertalige communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels moet een gezonde balans hebben tussen een breed zakelijk perspectief en hands-on pragmatisme. is bedreven in diverse gegevens-, rapportage-, kantoor- en ERP-tools, zoals PowerPoint en Excel. Ervaring of kennis van Qlik is een plus.-
