Parkwind is continuously looking for motivated employees who want to grow and develop together with the company. To reinforce our Finance department, Parkwind is looking for a
Controlling Manager.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Management, coaching & development of the controlling team, currently existing of 6 people and set to grow;
  • Responsible with the team for the analysis and monitoring of the actual financial performance and the longterm financials of the different companies within the Parkwind group;
  • Responsible with the team to build business plans and perform investment evaluations in financial models for new projects;
  • Reviews and presents financial results and analysis prepared by the team to highlevel stakeholders (management team, board of directors);
  • Provides recommendations for improvements of existing reporting systems and leads the development of new reporting systems;
  • Be an inspiring sparring partner and constructive business challenger to other departments within the company to drive continuous value generation in the company.

Profile:

  • You obtained a master's degree in finance;
  • You have at least 10 years' experience and 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience from the on
- & offshore wind sector or in infrastructure (project) finance is a plus;

  • Indepth knowledge of the financial & return aspects of longterm investments;
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles and familiar with ERP and reporting systems;
  • Genuine interest in renewables;
  • Management and leadership skills;
  • Team player;
  • A master's degree or equivalent;
  • Dutch and/or French speaking and fluent in English.
