Customer Care Assistant

Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een **Customer Care Assistant** voor een project van 6 maanden tot 1 jaar. Het zou gaan om een fulltime functie waarbij het Nederlands en Engels belangrijk zijn.
Het bedrijf is gevestigd in de regio A12 en actief binnen de automotive sector.
**De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Customer Care Assistant zijn**:
- Aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille;
- Continu bijdragen aan teambijeenkomsten over veelvoorkomende vragen en problemen, en mogelijke oplossingen om de klant te ondersteunen waar een product defect is;
- Contact onderhouden met dealernetwerk, schriftelijk, mondeling en soms face-to-face zoals vereist;
- Follow-up van vragen op social media.
**De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Customer Care Assistant zijn**:
- Je beschikt over minstens een Bachelordiploma;
- Je beschikt over een zeer goede geschreven en gesproken kennis van het Engels;
- Sterke omgang met telefooncontacten en actieve luistervaardigheden;
- Mogelijkheid om aan verschillende soorten karakters aan te passen en erop te reageren;
- Mogelijkheid om prioriteiten te stellen, effectief te onderhandelen en de werklast te beheren;
- Mogelijkheid om complexe vragen te beheren;
- Je hebt mínimaal 1-2+ jaar ervaring in een klantenservice functie en bent in staat te multitasken;
- Je bent bekwaam in Microsoft Word & Outlook (bedrijfseigen systeemtraining zal worden gegeven).
