**Quel est votre rôle?**
- En tant que Process Owner Customer Service, vous étudiez puis documentez les processus du Service Clientèle (Contact Center + Customer Care) dans le cadre de l'upgrade technique de SAP CRM. Vous commencez par une phase d'analyse des processus existants en étant présent sur le terrain auprès des équipes opérationnelles (FR + NL).
Vous vous appropriez une vue d'ensemble des processus qui sont gérés avec SAP CRM (entièrement ou partiellement) ainsi que la partie reporting. Vous organisez des discussions avec les stakeholders internes pour identifier les points d'attention et améliorations.
**Ensuite, vous recherchez des opportunités d'amélioration en collaboration avec les partenaires du programme shERPa**:
- Vous optimisez les processus pour améliorer les performances opérationnelles dans le cadre de l'implémentation du nouveau SAP C4C.
- Vous présentez vos propositions au management.
- Pour finir, vous rédigez la documentation en anglais dans le logiciel de gestion de processus.

**Compétences techniques**:
- Vous pouvez traiter des informations complexes et les présenter (visuellement) de manière claire.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de SAP CRM ou de SAP C4C.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, ).
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français, néerlandais (écrit et oral) et anglais (écrit).
- Compétences comportementales:
- Vous travaillez de manière organisée.
- Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble afin de définir les priorités.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes orienté résultats.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous savez gérer les susceptibilités des uns et des autres.
