Au sein de la filiale d'**Etterbeek**, sous la responsabilité du Branch Manager, votre objectif est de contribuer à l'objectif commercial du cluster/de la région via une bonne gestion administrative, technique et commerciale des demandes clients.
En tant que **Product Support Résidentiel (H/F/X)** expert(e) en électricité, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Utiliser vos compétences commerciales pour proposer de nouveaux services, solutions et produits à nos clients ainsi que nos promotions ;
- Analyser et discuter des besoins et des problèmes des clients, définir rapidement les souhaits et présenter des solutions adéquates ;
- Identifier les opportunités de cross-selling et en informer votre responsable ;
- Assurer le suivi administratif, technique et commercial des offres et des commandes ;
- Soutenir le délégué commercial dans le cadre de son travail ;
- Se tenir continuellement informé(e) des innovations produits et tendances au sein du marché résidentiel;
- Travailler en collaboration avec vos collègues directs et les autres départements.

**Votre profil ?** Vous avez une formation technique en électricité et avez une expérience d'au minimum trois ans dans ce secteur.
**Vos atouts pour réussir ?** Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique, persévérant(e), doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un bel esprit d'équipe. Vous possédez une solide expertise technique dans le domaine de l'électricité ce qui vous permet de répondre aux besoins de clients complexes. Vous comprenez les besoins et les enjeux de nos clients et faites preuve d'un vrai sens du service.
