We are looking for an HR Intern to join our People Experience Team in the People & Business Organization (P&BO) department based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

As an HR intern, you will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish. You'll work hand in hand with our HR coordinators. Besides recruitment, you will be involved in HR projects as well as support our Office Manager. You will also attend company events and help in the smooth running of our operations.

  • You participate and manage the selection process from A to Z:_
  • Posting jobs on all relevant platforms
  • CV screening
  • Participating in interview
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Support the preparation of job fair season_

Participate in various HR projects_**
_Event management & workplace_

  • You'll assist with events organization
  • You'll help prepare the future office move
  • You'll assist the workplace manager in the daily management of the BE office

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR
  • Openminded and curious about many HR related topics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Willingness to learn
