**CoNnect matcht nieuwe Brusselaars aan minder nieuwe Brusselaars.**
**In Brussel matchen we buddy's en nieuwkomers bij CoNnect Brussel. Het Brusselse buddyproject bouwt bruggen tussen nieuwe en minder nieuwe Brusselaars en focust zich op de vrije tijd. Zes maanden lang gaan de duo's twee keer per maand samen op stap. De duo's kiezen zelf waar ze interesse in hebben. Samen fietsen, Nederlands oefenen, het vrijetijdsaanbod in de buurt leren kennen of zelfs samen vrijwilligerswerk doen. Het behoort allemaal tot de mogelijkheden.**
**Dit project gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie (VGC).**

**Taakomschrijving**:
Samen met de andere medewerkster Fatima Altunbas voer je het project uit.
Je rekruteert vrijwilligers die buddy willen worden
Je organiseert intakegesprekken voor Brusselaars en minder nieuwe Brusselaars
Je matcht een duo aan elkaar en volgt het duo intensief op
Je organiseert vormingen en intervisies voor de CoNnect duo's
Je maakt het project zichtbaar in de werking van FMDO en in Brussel
Je volgt overlegmomenten op met de VGC en andere relevante partners
Je volgt de rapportage van het project mee op
Je organiseert sociaal culturele activiteiten voor de CoNnect duo's
Je organiseert afsluitgesprekken met de CoNnect duo's
Je neemt signalen vanuit de CoNnect duo's mee naar het beleid

**Profiel**:

- Met jouw enthousiasme weet je draagvlak te creëren en werk je participatief met ons superdivers team
- Je werkt zorgvuldig en kan goed plannen
- Je communiceert vlot en je spreekt en schrijft goed in het Nederlands. Goede talenkennis van andere talen (Frans, Engels) is zeker een plus
- Je bent een dynamisch initiatiefnemer met een uitgesproken teamgevoel
- Je hebt een uitgesproken en aantoonbare interesse in de superdiverse samenleving en het samenleven in diversiteit
- Het uitwerken en uitbouwen van een buddywerking vind je een boeiend en interessant thema
- Je kan goed met volgende ICT-programma's werken: Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Je bent flexibel
- Je kan je organiseren om op regelmatige basis avond
- en weekendwerk te doen. We werken met vrijwilligers en niet iedere vrijwilliger is beschikbaar tijdens de werkuren
