  • Job Title: Product Manager Oncology

A Day in the Life of a Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will report directly to our Chapter Head Marketing & Digital Enablement and collaborate with a Customer Driven Team (CDT) to achieve company goals.
Your main objective is to create value for customers and patients by building strong partnerships and networks with them.

At Roche, Product Managers lead product and disease area strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement product initiatives
  • Drive customer-centric projects and campaigns
  • Develop omni-channel approaches and digital assets
  • Share knowledge and expertise with peers
  • Ensure long-term business success and brand forecast
  • Take accountability for disease area leadership

Requirements:

  • Product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Background in oncology is a plus
  • Degree in Scientific and/or Business field
  • Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch & English
  • Creative and curious mindset with a focus on innovation
  • Leadership abilities with a collaborative and agile mindset
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
