We are currently seeking a Finance Officer to oversee international Financial & Admin operations, manage subsidies, and handle outstanding payments. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in international operations, given our presence in Belgium, Spain, Tunisia, and Madagascar, with direct reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your responsibilities:
- Invoices & Accounting support: organizing and inputting invoices into our ExactOnline software, and ensuring timely payment;
- Financial reporting: preparing financial statements and reports for the CFO;
- Credit Collection: managing past-due invoices recovery;
- Handling incoming requests and correspondence on behalf of the manager;
- Assisting with tax audits, withholding tax recovery, and annual tax forms;
- Assuming some of the CFO's duties and collaborating closely with management;
- Managing and processing subsidies.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance;
- Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented are key traits;
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn;
- Fluency in French and English, with Dutch or Spanish as a bonus;
- Critical thinker with curiosity for process improvement;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Excellent team player with a commitment to quality support;
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
