Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Supply Planner for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis. The client is focused on manufacturing ground-breaking products to aid in various illnesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise portfolio alterations and form a proper phase in/phase out procedure.
  • Examine levels of inventory in the delivery centre and within the field, offer feedback to finance and submit suitable predictions.
  • Assist and train other team members on best practices.
  • You will contribute to the S&OP procedure with demand planning, marketing and finance.
  • To maximise the level of service towards both internal and external customers, you will implement replenishment of products from manufacturing sites as well as external vendors.
  • Uphold endtoend supply chain system updated in terms of master data and inventory goals.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare organisation.
  • Expertise on a major ERP system such as SAP would be ideal.
  • Computer literacy in Excel as well as reporting tools such as business objects would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with lean tools and strategies would be advantageous.
  • Works well in a team and is customer focused.
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • A flexible individual who is willing to travel and work time schedules for business needs.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in any other languages would be ideal.
